The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015 (Amendment) Order 2021 and shall come into force on 1st January 2022.

Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015

2. —(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc (Hull College Group) Order of Council 2015 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For article 2, substitute—

2. Hull College Group shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph 2A of section 76 of the said Act for a fixed seven- year term beginning on 1st January 2016 and expiring on 31st December 2022.
