The Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ).
Citation, commencement and application
1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 5th April 2021.
(2) Regulation 2 applies to the amount of the ongoing fees payable by institutions on or after 1st August 2021.
Amendment of the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) Regulations 2019
2. For the table in the Schedule to the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) Regulations 2019( 2 ) substitute—
