The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement I1

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Lamda Limited) Order 2021 and shall come into force on 1st August 2021.

Competence to grant awards I2

[F1 2. Lamda Limited (registered company number 00364456) is authorised to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(a) of the said Act for a fixed-term beginning on 1st August 2021 and expiring on 31st October 2026. F1]

3. Lamda Limited may authorise other institutions to grant such awards as specified in paragraph 2 of this Order on its behalf.
