The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(7) of the Office of Communications Act 2002( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Office of Communications (Membership) (Modification) Order 2022 and comes into force on 3rd November 2022.

Modification of maximum number of members

2. In section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 for “twelve” substitute “thirteen” ( 2 ).

Revocation

3.The Office of Communications (Membership) (Modification) Order 2016 is revoked.
