The Greater London Authority (Consolidated Council Tax Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2022

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ).

Citation, commencement, extent and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Greater London Authority (Consolidated Council Tax Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 10th January 2023.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3) These Regulations apply in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2023 only.

Modification of the Greater London Authority Act 1999

2. In paragraph 3(4) (draft consolidated budget) of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999, for “1st February” substitute “15th February” .
