The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 149(3) and 160(1) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mandatory Travel Concession (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 4th April 2022.

Extent

2. These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Amendment of the Mandatory Travel Concession (England) Regulations 2011

3. —(1)The Mandatory Travel Concession (England) Regulations 2011( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 6A, for “5th April 2022”, substitute “5th April 2023” .
