Coming into force

The Office for Students, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018 (Amendment) Order 2022 and shall come into force on 1st September 2022.

Variation of Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018

2. —(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (University College of Estate Management) Order of Council 2018 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For article 2, substitute—

“ 2. The University College of Estate Management shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) of section 76(2) of the said Act for an indefinite period beginning on 1st January 2019. ” .
