Citation and commencement_I1

1. This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (S P Jain London School of Management Limited) Order 2023 and shall come into force on 1st September 2023.

Authorisation to grant awards_I2,I3

2. S P Jain London School of Management Limited (registered company number 13210674) is authorised to grant taught awards of the kind mentioned in section 42(2)(c) of the said Act for taught awards up to and including master’s level for subjects related to—

(1) computing, and

(2) business and management,

including but not limited to the subjects specified in the Schedule.

[^F1 3. The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 1st September 2023 and expiring at the end of the day on 30th August 2027.^F1]

4. S P Jain London School of Management Limited shall only grant the awards specified in article 2 of this Order to persons enrolled with it at the time they complete the course of study for which the award is granted.
