The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 161(4), 208(1) and (2) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022( 1 ).

Citation and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Youth Rehabilitation Order With Intensive Supervision and Surveillance) Piloting (Amendment) Regulations 2024.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Amendment to the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Youth Rehabilitation Order With Intensive Supervision and Surveillance) Piloting Regulations 2023

2. In regulation 4(1) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Youth Rehabilitation Order With Intensive Supervision and Surveillance) Piloting Regulations 2023( 2 ), for “2025” substitute “2026” .
