Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products (Marketing Standards and Organic Products) (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st February 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to Great Britain.

Part 2 Amendments to assimilated legislation

Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007

2. —(1) Council Regulation 3 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 33—

(a) in paragraph 1, for “1 February 2025” substitute “1 February 2027” ;
