The Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2026

The Secretary of State, with the concurrence of the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by article 219 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(1).

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2026 and comes into force on 11th June 2026.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Revocation

2. The Civil Aviation (Customs and Excise Airports) Order 2021(2) is revoked.

Designation of Customs and Excise aerodromes

3. The following aerodromes are designated as places for the landing or departure of aircraft for the purposes of the enactments for the time being in force relating to customs and excise—
