The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2005

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 275(1) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2005.

2. In this Order, “the Act” means the Transport Act 2000 .

Provisions coming into force on 15th October 2005

3. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 15th October 2005:
