The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and 67 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995( 1 ).

In accordance with section 45(4) of that Act she has consulted such representative organisations as she thinks fit.

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 13th July 2008.

Increases in fees

2. —(1)The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000( 2 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the regulations specified in column (1) of the Table below, for each amount specified in column (2) substitute the amount specified in column (3).
