The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(4) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) (Revocation) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1st April 2009.

Revocation

2. The Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) Order 2001( 2 ) and the Aerodromes (Designation) (Chargeable Air Services) (Amendment) Order 2008( 3 ) are revoked.
