The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment No.4) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 13th May 2011.

2. In Part 2 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ), insert “Council Decision 2011/273/CFSP of 9th May 2011 (Syria)”( 3 ) at the appropriate place.
