The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 135 of the Education Act 2002( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 8th February 2012.

Revocation

2. The Regulations listed in the first column of the Schedule are revoked.
