The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1988( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 8th July 2013.

Amendment of the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998

2. In Schedule 2 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1998( 2 ), insert in the appropriate places―

(a) β€œUPP (Broadgate Park) Limited”;

(b) β€œUPP (Clifton) Limited”; and

(c) β€œUPP (Nottingham) Limited”.
