Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bathing Water (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 21st May 2018.

Amendment to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013

2. —(1)Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (surface waters in England)( 3 ) is amended as follows.

(2) For the following entries, substitute as follows—

(a) for “Carbis Bay Station Beach”, substitute “Carbis Bay”;
