The compilation, enhancements, annotations, cross-references, navigation features, search indexes, and overall presentation of content on zoomLaw are the intellectual property of zoomLaw and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from these materials without express written permission.
4. Prohibited Use — Data Harvesting & Scraping
The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Automated scraping, crawling, data mining, screen scraping, or any other automated means of extracting content from the Site.
- Bulk downloading, systematic extraction, or programmatic reproduction of any data, documents, or datasets from the Site.
- Use of bots, spiders, web crawlers, automated scripts, or any software tools designed to access, index, or collect data from the Site without prior written authorisation.
- Building or contributing to derivative databases, datasets, or competing services using content obtained from the Site.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security, access-control, or rate-limiting features of the Site.
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
