Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000( 1 ).
The Secretary of State believes that the organisation to be added to Schedule 2 to that Act( 2 ) by article 2 of this Order is concerned in terrorism.
In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Proscribed organisations
2. In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for “Sonnenkrieg Division”, insert “Feuerkrieg Division”.
