The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3)(a) of the Terrorism Act 2000( 1 ).
The Secretary of State believes that the organisation to be added to Schedule 2 to that Act( 2 ) by article 3 of this Order is concerned in terrorism( 3 ).
In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation, commencement and extent
1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
2. This Order extends to the United Kingdom.

3. In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations), after the entry for Feuerkrieg Division, insert the following entry—
“ Atomwaffen Division (AWD), including National Socialist Order (NSO) ” .

“Terrorism” has the meaning given by section 1(1) of the Terrorism Act 2000, and section 1(1) was amended by the Terrorism Act 2006 (c. 11) and the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (c. 28) .
