Listed firms can show their place on their own website: each firm's profile page has a ranking badge to copy.

Firms are ranked by the number of cases from 2022–2026 in this court in which judgments name them as solicitors, under their current name (judgments naming a firm that has since merged count towards the firm it joined). Several judgments in the same case, such as interim rulings, a later judgment on costs or an appeal, count as one case: judgments are linked by the court's case number and by appeals, or failing that by the parties' names. Only firms named in at least 3 cases are ranked, and equal counts share a place. This measures how often a firm acts in reported cases, not their outcome. Counts are minimums: they come from judgments published by The National Archives (Find Case Law), not every judgment names the solicitors, and a judgment counts only when we are confident who acted. The court is taken from each judgment's neutral citation. Firm details include data from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. zoomLaw is independent of every firm listed. Something wrong? Tell us.
